Legendary Waters
The San Juan River located below Navajo Lake is a world class tailwater fishery located in the beautiful high desert of northern New Mexico. It offers twelve months of fishing via drift boat or wading. The quality "Red Chile" waters offer four miles of catch and release only fishing with an estimated 10-15K fish per mile. Trout in the San Juan River average in size from 14-18 inches and the opportunity to catch larger fish definitely exists. This one of a kind fishery offers anglers of all skill levels the ability to catch fish.
